What we have achieved so far

We are the Good food, Good life company. We believe in the power of food to enhance lives. Good food nourishes and delights the senses. It helps children grow healthy, pets thrive, parents age gracefully and everyone live life to the fullest. Good food brings us together. Services

Every day we touch billions of lives. We want to help shape a better and healthier world for individuals and families, for our communities and for the planet. Our stories take a deeper look at how Nestlé is making a difference.

Protecting and restoring forests: a community strategy

Toa Zèo is a small cocoa-growing community in western Côte d'Ivoire. Nestlé has been working with the community here for several years through our Nestlé Cocoa Plan, where we strive to make cocoa farming more sustainable and cocoa-growing communities more resilient.

Making progress for the planet

Inspiring young agripreneurs and entrepreneurs is essential to our regeneration efforts. We believe that helping youth access career development is a win-win: it creates better opportunities for millions of young people, while also bringing skills and innovation to work on solutions for society-wide challenges.

How a living income can help remake cocoa farming

Incentive payments also contribute to gender equity because we divide payments equally between the farmer and the farmer's spouse. That split creates more ways that the money is reinvested in education and community benefits.

Better farming for a better future

I work on the Nestlé Cocoa Plan, which helps cocoa farmers run farms profitably and sustainably while improving social conditions in their communities. We do everything from helping farmers manage their land and soil practices to connecting women and children with access to education.

Turning the tide on packaging with paper straws

Despite the challenges, the team accelerated their packaging transformation for all ready-to-drink products in just a year, thanks to collaboration with colleagues across the business in Brazil. Nestlé Brazil now uses 100% paper straws, covering brands like Nescau, Nesquik, Ninho, Farinha Láctea.

From premiumization to e-commerce

The health and economic impacts of the past 18 months have changed the way many households manage their budget. Making quality food accessible and affordable is a core part of our mission at Nestlé, and, now more than ever, it's something that the market demands.
